The human body is mostly made of fluids (water, blood, lymph). Water represents more than 60% of an adult weight and 94% of a 5 months old foetus. When the muscles are relaxed and released we can experience this energetic flow through our daily movements.

Fluid Body

By giving particular emphasis on circular, spiral and wave movements the Fluid Body technique awakens the body’s own fluidity, stretching the Chinese meridians, the joints, the connective tissue and the muscles in a different rhythmic process. We observe our breathing to explore our internal landscape and let the body teach us where it needs to open.

Participants rapidly increase their sensivity to the subtle energy (Life force/ qi/ Prãna) circulating within and outside the self. This whole body-mind conditioning is to broaden the realms of our perceptions, and initiate us into transformation and flexibility.
Who Is It For?

Fluid Body classes are beneficial for anyone, whether you are super flexible or not. The class will help opening stiff joints, releasing tensed muscles and enhancing your suppleness while awakening your body potential. As the exercises are performed gently, you won’t feel the strain of hard-core exercises however you will feel longer, leaner, toned, and stretched.

They also fulfill the need of those who are looking for a wonderfully stress-free, non-competitive, non-judgmental fitness class.

If your life is stressful, if you work at a desk or stand all day, feel stiff, weak, have back problems or difficult blood circulation, then Fluid Body can help relieve simple daily illnesses or old injuries with the aim of improving your well-being.

Fluid Body sessions can be customised to answer physical and/or emotional imbalance of the day, or you can choose from a session as listed below:
