PERSONAL TRAINING
Based on cardio, breathing, dynamic stretching and martial arts exercises, this outdoor workout will boost your metabolism, burn calories, and enhance your flexibility.

As the yang version of Fluid Body training, this total body conditioning will increase your stamina, and enhance your well being, breathing out unwelcome toxins and building on more muscular power and resistance.

It doesn’t have to be a “boot-camp” hard-core training to be effective. The exercises are devised to make you work (a lot!) while respecting your body and mind. It is why it will make you feel good and happy, with visible results.

PERSONAL POWER STRETCHING
Shape, strengthen and stretch. This session is open to anyone, whether you have a previous martial arts experience or not. The goal is to enhance your flexibility while shaping your stomach, waist and buttocks areas. The movement are powerful yet soft, relieving muscular tension. You will feel relaxed and toned. Book your class now and enjoy kicking high.

Have fun, and enhance your suppleness to a high level Partner stretching is a powerful way to enhance your flexibility. Help one another to achieve your goals with this invigorating workout! You will feel relaxed, toned and exhilarated! You don’t need to be a yoga expert to enjoy your ability, Come and have a try, this class is open to you.
