Fluid Body is a unique tension release class based on a range of movements from Eastern and Western body-mind traditions. These techniques have been reviewed and adapted to fit the growing demand for restorative, stress-free physical practice. This leading-edge training focuses on sensing and feeling the body’s movement from the inside, softening long-held blocked areas with guided imagery. Your body posture, awareness and flexibility will improve and the fluidity of your own range of movement will increase. Progressively you will learn how to release and let go. The movements are smooth and feel natural. They are performed in easy and simple steps under watchful guidance, accompanied by inspiring sounds and music. This method is recognised for quieting the mind, improving suppleness, concentration and well-being; and can be practiced safely by everyone.
